How do we make sure this happens?

• Severnvale is the only accredited language school in the town: therefore we get to choose from the best host families.
• Kester Black, the administrative Manager of Severnvale, visits and gets to know every host family before they begin hosting.
• All our adult students are placed individually in families who we know care about their guests.
• For us, "caring" must include the fact that the family makes time to talk - and wants to talk - with guest students, even where the level of the guest's English is not high
• Although our Youth students on the Starline or Express courses sometimes share a family with another student, the two students sharing are always
  • of different nationality
  • of similar age
  • the same sex
  • under 14 years old
• If there's a problem or any complaint (in fact there are very few) we attend to it instantly
• If you decide to book Executive Family Accommodation, it  guarantees a large study-bedroom, and usually a private bathroom, in a first-class family home
